Yep, that's a punch the black being the positive and the pink being the negative centered in circle punch.

Great photo, Amy... love the smile. I like your use of ribbons and Pigglet sitting on the bottom left... is that pre-printed paper? Or, is it a sticker of some sort? I love the circles, too.
