I am so sorry about this. More sorry that I had not backed up my 2011 pictures. Luckily, I think I uploaded a lot of them to my mother's computer for her to look at so I can get those back if they cannot salvage my hard drive.

I am sorry about your computer...reminds me that I need to back up my stuff TODAY!! I have a new computer b/c my last one died as well...mine wasn't as bad since it was just a battery issue and I was able to borrow a battery from a friend and get my stuff off of it. I am rough on computers I guess...

So...are we skipping the last 2 instructions? I am not following completely.

Easily confused here....

So sorry April, hope they can recover most of your photos and scrapping stuff too!

*hugs* I lost everything last year when my brand new, less then 2 week old, EHD crashed. Since I had just bought it and had 99% of my items transferred over, I did not have a backup. I was going to buy another EHD a week later, after everything was moved from my laptop to the 1st EHD.

I use Crash Plan now as my back up www.crashplan.com and I love it. I highly recommend it. Its $5 a month and it automatically recognizes EHDs (Mozy and some others do not).

I'm sorry you're having computer problems! I hope you are able to recover many of your items! While our scrapping suppliles are fun and we like collecting them, I think I'd be most upset over my photos!

I'll wait to see what decision is made, thanks for the 2 day extension Donna!

Also, you might want to put a little disclaimer/ update in one of the first posts (maybe the one with the instructions) so those not reading through the whole thread, will know why it looks to be a few days behind, and than any official decision made as to if those last 2 directions will be made, or just ending the challenge where it's at, won't get lost in the thread itself! Just an idea!

So the deadline is now the 18th? and we have two more instructions...so one on the 17th and then one on the 18th?

Sorry....having a blonde moment. Just want to make sure I have it straight.

April, I hope you have things resolved soon and can recover all your stuff. Crashing is such a downer. I feel for ya, Sister.

April, I'm so sorry about your computer - I sure hope that you can recover most everything!

Ok, as for the game... Looks like we only have the 5 instructions for the LO. I don't see a point in extending it another week if we have all the instructions posted now since it was originally supposed to only last one week. I think that we'll stay with the 11:59 pm EDT May 18th deadline.
