I love the Harry Potter books and movies, so naturally I also love the WWoHP. Since thirteen is a magical number, I thought this would be OK for a LO. Shalina thanks for hosting!!! I like the offset pictures, paw border, and the mulitple background paper layer frames.  Also, thanks for the purr-fect Marie mini kit as a PP!!! I can't wait to use it!  Everyone has done should great LOs!  Credit: Papers and elements our my creations.  Font is Harry P found with Google search.  Cheers!!
