I used the cookie cutter tool in PS Elements 6, I changed the shape to a Flag from banner and awards and stretched it out to the shape/size I wanted. Then cut the paper to the shape.

There are so many ways to get things done digitally!

Hi Britt! Hi All!
WOW What a bunch of FANTASTIC lay outs!! Who knew you could do so much with a wave. Well, I am still new to all this and really wanted to try and see what I came up with. I was really inspired by missi-me's lay out (post #55) but couldn't get the 2nd much less a third wave in there. So, I tried to blend the photo with a solid background. I have PhotoImpact Pro and have no idea how I did it but here is my entry of my daughter Sophia's first kiss from Minnie. She was 2 months old. This is one of my favorite photos of her:

Let's see sprinkles in the background = bubbles and I was trying to bring the eye down a curve on the page - trying to place the elements so they did that.
