I'm really happy with how these layouts turned out.
I don't normally stick to just one kit so I was worried about it.

I'm proud of myself because not only did I do 8 pages for the silver medal, I worked on cookie mom duties for about 8 hours over the weekend. LOL. And I'm proud of myself for not stressing about getting them all done - and for not getting them all done on time for all the pp's.
![]() I really love this one because I was struggling with how to fit this memory about Olivia the Pig into a Disney themed layout. LOL |

I'm proud of myself because I was able to complete the 1/2 marathon. I was really hoping I might have been able to complete the full, but I'll have to try and do that next time! Sometimes with speed scraps, I just want to finish on time and I don't really like what I finish with. But this weekend, I was pretty happy with all my layouts and I was able to use kits I hadn't used before!
I love this one, because it's of my sweet mom: I love the photos I took in this one: I love the template in this one, and I think it just came out really cute! Thanks for the game...I'm loving looking at everyone's layouts! |

Thank you again to all of the designers and hosts. I had a great time competing in my first marathon.
I am proud of myself because ... 1) I achieved gold 2) I achieved all of the PP 3) I can see the progress of my layouts in my own gallery. Before this weekend I had only been able to get done 7 layouts total over the last 6 months since deciding to go digital. Up until now I spent a lot of time shorting my photos and organizing all of my digital goodies. I took a lot of notes and have a list of new tips and tricks to use or research on how to use. 4) I some how managed to have the patients to complete most of my layouts with my 9 year old Daughter sitting right next to me (if not on top of me) for the entire weekend. I swear she was more excited every time a new rule was announced. 5) I am proud of this layout because 80% of it was actually done by my daughters hand on the mouse. She took great instruction and had input every step of the way. ![]() 6 ) I am proud of myself because I wasn't afraid to share something I wasn't 100% happy with and that I'm not afraid to go back and change it. (I have found my entry for this weeks weekly challenge - redesign coming soon) ![]() 7) I am proud of myself for starting with a template and then by the time I was done the layout looking nothing like the original. ![]() 8) Most of all I am proud of myself for stopping to lurk around the boards and galleries and just jumping right in and make it happen.

I am so proud of myself for lots of reason - #1 not stressing out OR stressing my family out during the marathon last weekend
#2 learning some cool tricks in photoshop along the way, trying new things and #3 using one of my very own kits as I've learned SO MUCH from the ladies here @ mousescrappers within the past year and am SO VERY THANKFUL! Here are two my favorite LO's from last weekend: ![]() AND:

I am most proud of :
1. My gold!!! Even though I didn't finish every SS within the time frame because of work and church, I caught up and completed them all! WHEW! 2. I actually wasn't so stressed while I was doing the speed scraps. And I even completed two within an hour of starting them ![]() 3. I am most proud of these layouts: ![]() I have been dying to use this template but, never had the right pictures. I think I completed this one at about 2 in the morning. I was a bit dilirious. and ![]() I am ususally never the sole person in a picture but, I had been wanting to use the kit bad and I like the story that I wrote on it. Thanks for the fun self back patting! It is amazing to see my layouts from this year compared to the ones I did last year. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! |

I am really proud of myself because I completed all 16 of the LOs, with only missing one PP!! I needed to get out of the scrapping slump I was in and this totally helped!!!
Thank you to everyone involved for donating their time and products!! Off to continue leaving love!

I really enjoyed reading all your comments.
The Speed Scrap marathon can be challenging. Getting one page done is often a huge thing... let alone 16. ![]() We all faced different hurdles last weekend and we should be very proud of whatever we got done. Thank you for sharing your success stories with us. We all understand that glee when you get a page done and celebrate that with you! ![]() ![]() I hope you were inspired to keep scrapping those family memories and if you ever need help with your mojo, jump into the gallery. Also you own gallery. It should make you feel good knowing what you have gotten done. You are creating lasting memories for your family. WAY TO GO! In appreciation for you sharing your stories with me, I have used Mr. Random.org and would like to give two lucky winners virtual pins for their MouseScrappers siggie. The two lucks posts were #55 and #14. Congrats amordemar and northernmemories! I'll ask Carol to shoot you over this thank you gift. Thanks again everyone for sharing and keep scrappin those memories!
