I have to second what everyone else has said! This was my very first speed scrapping event and it was AMAZING! I love how it pushed me to try things I wouldn't have thought of and experiment in ways that I might not normally try! Plus all of the PP are so FABULOUS! I can't wait to start using them! This also introduced me to some more great sites that make such fabulous kits! Definitely looking forward to the next round!

Thanks so much to everyone who worked so hard putting this together! Your hard work is VERY appreciated!

It was also my first speed scrap. I'll definitely be participating again!

I can only second what everyone else said before me! It was an amazing weekend, and it wouldn't be possible without Melinda, Carol, the sponsers, the hosts and all the incredibly talented members here.
Right now there are so many gorgeous pages in the gallery, and I will take my time to look at all of them. Some pages might never been made if it wasn't due to this marathon weekend. It's a great way to explore new techniques and getting some pages actually done! And right now I actually can't wait till the next one

So add me too, to that list of people who say:

A huge thank you to everyone. I don't think I could have said it better than everyone before me.

Thanks for letting me join in the craziness.

To Melinda: Thank you for coordinating the marathon weekend. All the speed scraps gave me the push I needed to start scrapping memories from our most recent Disney trip. I think I'd still be staring at them now wondering where to start if not for the marathon.

To all the Speed Scrap Hosts: Thank you all for the fun and inspiring instructions. Many forced me to leave my comfort zone and I ended up with some great layouts because of it. (I have to say, though, all those 4+/5+ photo requirements nearly did me in.

)

To all that donated participation prizes: Thank you SO MUCH for the wonderful goodies. I love them all and can't wait to use them. I truly appreciate the time and effort you put into making these gifts.

And to all others involved in the planning and/or execution of the weekend, another great big thank you. I can't wait until the next marathon.

Thank you to everyone who made the speed scrap weekend possible. And to all the designers who contributed prizes - you are my reason for scrapping. Thank you all so so SO much!!!!!
