Weekly Challenge #84 (5/4-5/10) - Page 5

wtrmlnlabs · 05-10-2011, 07:55 PM

Still working on all this, very new to me!! I'm loving having to think about what I'm making, having "rules" to follow, it's helping me get going on scrapping pages! This one was a lot of fun. Thanks a bunch!!!! Yeah, I make 8x11 books, not 8x8 so my size probably looks off and I can't figure out how to resize quite right, so please bare with me!

Just "discovered" the weekly challenges - sorry I hadn't seen these before!!
Here's my LO

and here's the link in the Wilderness Lodge forum.
Sorry it's so freakishly small - it was too large to up load x3, so just caved and made it super small so I would be sure it would "fit" - just in the nick of time!

eta - I see I'm not the only one with "issues" on file size! Good to know I'm in good company!

eta again - So FUN that the PP is mouse straws, because when our server at Artist Point packed up our leftovers, she put two Mickey straws in our bag!!! Karma!

I hope that helps.

Thank you so much! It took me a while to figure out how to post in the thread too, but I think I figured it out. I appreciate you taking the time to help!

For Weekly Challenge #84

Cynthia, Thanks for hosting and for the great PP!!!

I love the LOs folks have done. They are wonderful!!

I know this LO is a little different, but I mis-read the callenge and thought it was supposed to be about me and why I love Disney.

As a child my family travel to Europe during the summers. I later years we also travel to Canada and New Zealand. I continue to travel and love it. I remember Neuschwanstein, Tivoli Gardens and Edinburgh Castle. I did not know why Disney was specail to me for years until I found out the connection to Walt.

I need to find the Tivoli Gardens picture and scan it. I will add it.

Here's mine, I am late getting it up (was using a trial version of PSE and it expired, all good now) but since I completed it I thought I would share. I had fun with this, thank you.
