I'll try and tell you how I do it...I don't know if it's the right way, it's just the only way I know how.
First you have to put your layout into the gallery, using the gallery button on top and then once you are on that page use the upload photos button. (on the right side of the bar) After you click on that you will have the option to add your photo to either your member gallery or pick from one of the other options. For this challenge you will want to add it to scraplift challenges. (which you have to scroll all the way to the bottom to find)
Once it is uploaded you will use the linked image button (second one down), copy and then paste it here in this thread and also in the thread of your choice...so if it's a picture of say toy story mania...you would go to the forum DHS layouts, pixar place, toy story mania and reply to the thread and paste your copied layout there.
Finally you need to post a link from the forum back under your linked image in the Scraplift Challenge thread. I usually just copy the address bar and paste it under my photo.
I hope that helps and isn't too confusing. Someone might be able to share an easier way but like I said, it's just how I do it. And I know it's a lot but it gets much easier once you have done it a few times.

Great example page to go by. Since I'm new, scraplifting will definitely be less stressful for me, lol.

Here´s my page. I know I totally change the direction of your LO, cause as soon as I saw your Mickey head and the negative space, this template came to my mind LOL, but I used the vertical lines of your pics as inspiration for my journaling.
