Hi Denise, I need a little technical assistance. I have PSE7 and installed the action. I scanned a page as a JPG and then tried to run the action. I get an error msg that says The Command "color range" is currently not available. Should I be doing something different here to get the action to work?

So Linda, I think it won't work in PSE. I'm so sorry! I thought it would, but I can't get it to work in Elements

Not sure if I will remember how I did this, but wasn't going to sleep until I did it. I used PSE9. I watched Youtube videos that you suggested. And got it to work. Again.....that was tough But fun! Time for sleep!

I used two of the techniques - I outlined it in white, then on another layer underneath, I filled it with colour.

I like how you outlined Eeyore in white. I missed that part last night. Very cool!

I Love how the coloring looks textured. That is really neat!

Just read one of the other posts and thought a suggestion in there might help me. Do the outline first on one layer and the coloring on another. I had a problem with the outline getting lost under the color. This is going to take some more practice but it will be fun to do. Thanks for sharing your techniques with us. Here is the layout:
