Sorry to bother you, I'm sure you are busy. I was wondering if my purchases showed up on your report. If it didn't, I'm sorry. I had the stuff in my cart, but I closed out and then reopened the link to Amazon from the MS site and then checked out. If that is wrong, let me know so that I can try again a different way.

Hi Lisa, I just looked again at the November orders and I don't see the printer, toner or calculator... only the hard drive (Seagate) that I saw before. But thank you anyway. Which pin would you like?

Well, that just stinks! It was all on the same order. I wish I knew what I did wrong.

You mentioned some was from the Amazon marketplace, right? Was the drive from Amazon and the rest from 3rd parties? Or it just may be that some types of things just aren't eligible. You didn't do anything wrong since we see that at least one thing got credited (unless the seagate drive belonged to someone else... was yours model STBX1000101?)

Thanks so much for using the Amazon link again. Of all the items you've ordered, only the lens has showed up. Is it possible that the lens is being fulfilled by Amazon and the other items fulfilled by 3rd party vendors? That would be my only theory for what is happening.
