In photoshop you can select the photo layer select edit and stroke then select the color and size pixel usually 10 works nice.

I want to play so bad but I'm in Knoxville TN at a school for the week with the slowest Wi-Fi in history sitting in the club on base. It's just not working so I can't stay up so late to do this so everyone have fun!! I'm going to do my best to do the next one! I can't want to see what everyone whips together!
