I have done it two ways. If you have the blinkie on your photobucket account, it's pretty easy. Or you can do it through where it's saved on here.

Here's what I did. I went to my edit blog page, and on the right hand side, I went to the add a gadget. I clicked on that and then scrolled down to add a picture.

Here's where you can either add from your photobucket, or from here. If you have it saved, you just copy the address and then paste it the url place. Or, you can right click on the blinkie found here and you go to properties. On the properties, it will tell you the address that it is hosted at on the bottom. You just copy that address and paste it into the url place. Then, at the top there is a space for an address where you can link it to the site. I just typed in the mousescrappers address so that when someone clicks on the blinkie, they are directed here.

Does that make sense?
