Speed Scrap 216 HAPPENING RIGHT HERE!!

HELLOOOOOO!!!!! So so so late getting this party started! Sorry everyone! But I hope you're all still around and ready to SCRAP! Let's do this . . .

Here are the Rules:

- Please post your completed LO's in the gallery, back here in this thread, and in the appropriate sub-topic forum
- Make sure you post the sub-forum link here too
- Leave some love for your fellow scrappers!

Speed Scrap Guidelines:

All layouts must be Disney related!! Of course!
There will be 7 instructions in total.
The first will be posted on the hour, and each step after that every 10 minutes. The final instruction on the close of the hour.

If you join late - don’t worry!! You can still play! There's plenty of time on this one! Just follow the rules for your layout and get it uploaded before the deadline.

The deadline is today - Friday, July 28 - at midnight PACIFIC time (but I'm not very strict). I’m giving some extra time since I was late getting this up and running!! (OOOPS!!! So sorry guys!)

Your prize is a mystery surprise! Something NEW created by ME!! I'll PM you with it once your LO is complete.

STEPS:

1) Pick photos - as many or as few as you like - but *YOU* have to be in one of them! (*UPDATE* If there's truly NO POSSIBILITY you're in one single solitary photo, then you are excused from step 1!)
2) Start laying out your page. No photos are allowed to touch or overlap and only straight photos. NO TILTS! Only scrapping one photo?? This one is a piece of cake!
3) BLACK!!!! I love black and lots of contrast on my pages. I want to see some BLACK somewhere on your page and not just your journaling. Something I'll notice right away!!
4) JOURNAL CARD! Ok ok ok. You had to see this one coming! You know I'm obsessed with pocket style scrapping. Your page can be any style you want, but you have to incorporate at least 1 "card" onto the page somehow!
5) Word strips. I love 'em, you love 'em, we all love word strips. (You don't love them? Oh, ummm let's pretend you do). Add at least 2 word strips to your page!
6) NEARLY DONE NOW!! A little bit of pixie dust is what this page needs. Something glittery, or shiny will do the trick!
7) You're about the cross the finish line!! LINE? Yes I said line. Let's see at least 3 LINES of journaling. I can't stand when I see beautiful memories and can't read the story or thoughts behind them!! TELL US ABOUT THE MEMORY YOU'RE PRESERVING!
