Journaling: We arrived at the Howard Johnson on Harbor Blvd., our home for the next few days on Sunday afternoon, June 29. All that the kids cared about was that we were staying at a hotel that had a pool and a game room. The room safe was another fun distraction for them, too - go figure. So for the first few hours we played in the game room and at the pool until Auntie Heather came to join us for dinner and a night out at Downtown Disney. It ended up being about a 20 minute walk from Disneyland's main gate, a bit longer than I would've liked, but the quality of the hotel made up for our aching feet!
