Okay- good - I know photoshop!

go to Image at the top, while your layout is open, you'll have a drop down menu, choose >resize > image size.

change your resolution to 72
and your pixels to 600 by 600, then hit ok

then your pic will be tiny, then save your image as with the word web attached
to it ex. Cinderella_web.jpg

make sure you save it as jpg format
then you upload that image to the gallery!
