There have been a few questions about adding pictures to the layers in Denise's templates for SBC+ users. Photos can be added to these layers just like adding a photo to a photomask in SBC+.
1. Add your photo to the page, but don't worry about putting it into any of the layers at this point.
2. Right click on the layer you want to add the photo to and then click on properties. Note the size (width and height) of the layer.
3. Right click on the photo and then click on properties. Make the photo the same size (you may need to unclick the aspect ratio box).
4. Move your picture in the photo frame so that you see the parts of your photo that you want to see. (Select photo and move the yellow + sign around or make the photo larger or smaller by moving the blue magnifying glass to the right of the photo up or down)
5. Right click on your photo and then click on SAVE AS SELECTION.
6. Save your photo to your hard drive (remember where you saved it).
7. Click on the photo ribbon on the right hand side of your screen and add the newly saved photo to your project.
8. Since this new photo has the same dimensions as your layer, you can now click on your layer and then right click on the new photo (while it is still in the photo ribbon) and then click on "fill selected shape."
9. Your photo should now be in your layer the way you want it to be.
