*hugs* I lost everything last year when my brand new, less then 2 week old, EHD crashed. Since I had just bought it and had 99% of my items transferred over, I did not have a backup. I was going to buy another EHD a week later, after everything was moved from my laptop to the 1st EHD.
I use Crash Plan now as my back up
www.crashplan.com and I love it. I highly recommend it. Its $5 a month and it automatically recognizes EHDs (Mozy and some others do not).

I am so sorry about this. More sorry that I had not backed up my 2011 pictures. Luckily, I think I uploaded a lot of them to my mother's computer for her to look at so I can get those back if they cannot salvage my hard drive.
