I know that your bday items and lens worked, so assuming you used the same link/process it should have worked. But then the stuff you bought for the muscle rub weren't credited, so unless you got a different PC since you bought the lens (or changed your settings), it may just be that some items are not eligible. That seems to be the case with a handful of purchases that others have made. The process you followed should have worked though... hopefully next time. Thanks again!
