I printed the covers pasted them onto thin chipboard, put a patterened paper on the other side and laminated it. The inside pages are printed, one sided, onto 32lb weight laser paper (heavier than copy paper, not as heavy as cardstock). I use a zutter bind it all to punch holes and to crimp the wire binding.
