Oh i think that's the problem - I'm using a doughnut shape instead of a circle. It is described as a circle thin frame. I think I have to see if I can find circle cookie cutters to add to my program since there is no actual "circle". In PSE 8, mine is already there and is called Circle. There are several different circle ones, one that is frame, one that is thin frame, but I used the one that just said Circle. It is a big black circle filled in with white on outside (picture in the cookie cutter tool).
