Oh, just found the 'code watch' thread in another forum. Well, you can call Disney to see if there is a code attached to your name... I've heard of this happening before even if you don't get an email. Otherwise, perhaps we'll hear something official on July 14? Is that the info you've come across? I hate it when they wait so long to release promotions.
