I do want to implement some kind of challenge that would let the members who are out of photos play along. I've asked a few people for input, and here is something that Jennifer (Disney Baby) came up with (thanks Jennifer for brainstorming!)

I have been thinking about this challenge and this is what I came up with. Ten people sign up and they post their pics for which they need inspiration. Then - 10 other people would sign up to actually scrap the pics for them and create a layouts for them.
So - for example, I would be one of the people that posted pics. And you would post on the thread saying - I have a great idea for Jennifer's pics.
We would give them a up to a week to complete them.
It would be nice if we could line up participation prizes for the scrappers.
What do you think?

I'd like to know how you guys feel. Do you want to try pennylayne's or Disney Baby's ideas, or perhaps a cross between the two? Or, do you have an additional ideas?
