It's technically not an 'attachment', so those instructions aren't really applicable.
Try this:
- go to the gallery
http://www.mousescrappers.com/photos/
- click on the "Upload Photos" link on the right side of the page (or go
here)
- select the file from your computer with the browse button
- select a location from the category dropdown (or leave the default 'member gallery')
- enter a title for your layout
- type in comments/credits in the description section
- submit
Once you've submitted it in the gallery, you can click in the "Linked Image" field, copy it, and paste it here.
