OK. I have no idea what Chrome is - sorry -
and no clue what IE is. I have always had access to the FORUM and Gallery for posting. Not sure if there was something that has changed since August. Sorry life has been crazy.
I think Chrome is a search engine. It is weird - I am logged in when I go to certain pages but when I want to go to the Gallery to post my layout. I can't. I know that this is the stress talking. Sorry.
