Disney Wonder arrives in LA!
 
Yeah... she's finally here!! :yeah: :hooray: It's so nice to have one of the DCL ship's over here on the left coast.

There is short video with some really pretty early-morning footage... wish I could get a photo in those conditions! I was looking for r0binb... I'm guessing she was on there when this was filmed.

I just read this evening that a crew member on the Wonder has gone missing before the boat was to set sail to Mexico. There is an all out man hunt for her. She may have even fallen overboard. Please keep her family in your thoughts.

Yes, I heard the unfortunate news on Friday from a friend I sailed with a few weeks ago. We read that she is a youth counselor from the UK. I don't recall seeing her but I only just peeked in the kids club once. There is a really long thread about it on DIS. It's all so very sad - and frightening.

Do you know her name? My kids spent a lot, I mean A LOT, of time in the club/lab during our 2 week cruise. This is just so very sad.

Oh wow I am sure this would be difficult news for you to hear. I haven't sailed on the ship in 4 years and it's still difficult to think about. If you should hear anything, would you please let me know ? I pray she is ok. I'll do the same for you.
