Casting Call: forum moderators needed
Since we are growing fast, we could use some help with some of our forums (mainly for moving layouts if there is a better place for them). So I may from time to time ask for a volunteer to help with a specific forum. I will list those requests below.

I need a volunteer to moderate the "General" forum. A lot of times when people don't know where to put something, they will put it in this forum... So we could really use a set of eyes just for this forum. The volunteer should have a good feel for the site and feel comfortable moving things around.

Teresa - you slipped in there before I requested a specific forum, lol.
October - the general one is going to be a toughy (some of the items are not very clear cut... and you'll have to make a judgement call sometimes), but I know you can handle it. :) It's yours if you want it. ------- Here are two more specific needs: - the Disney Cruise Line forum - The international parks (DLP, Asia) Teresa/Kathryn - if either of you want one of these, let me know. Thanks! |

It was a nice way of saying I need to be able to count on you and trust your judgement about moving things without you asking me about each one. ;)

Carol i dont think i am very useful in one of those you need right now, as i have only been in 1 cruise and no international Disney Park, but you can count on me in the future ones

Carol I would be more than happy to help out in the Disneyland Paris forum if you still need someone. I've been quite a few times so know about the parks. :)

Carol, I will be perfectly honest and tell you that I am probably not the most qualified for the cruise forum either. Sadly, I have not been on DCL since my kids were born (7+ years) so if would prefer someone who is more knowledgeable in that area I completely understand.
That being said, I am more than willing to try but I know your goal is to create less work for yourself not more so I will leave it completely up to you! |
Sorry, Kathryn. I thought I replied already. There will be other areas, I'm sure, where we could use some help - so it's okay to pass on these two. :)
----- Another area I could use help is the chit-chat forum. Things go in but then they get lost. Sometimes I consider putting subforums in there (like food/recipes), or if there is better 'daily' visibility if it all goes into one location (as it is now). Anyway, it's another opportunity if someone wants to tidy it up. :) |
