This is the place for Speed Scrap #86 (with Britt). I'll be posting the instructions here in this post over the first hour. After the hour is up, you'll have an additional 4 hours to finish your page and post. Layouts must be posted by 8:00pm MST (7pm Pacific, 9pm Central, 10pm Eastern) in order to get the prize!

Here's a reminder of what you're scrapping for!!

Instructions:

1) Many of you know I LOVE giant photos on my layouts!! I want to see a REALLY BIG photo on your page. I'm talking page height or page width! BIG!! You can blend the photo if you want to. But you might like to try leaving it if you haven't tried a giant full page photo before. (choose any many other photos as you'd like)

2) No tilting! I know its a challenge, but don't tilt ANY of your photos! Keep 'em straight.

3) Stitching. I LOVE stitching, don't you? Put at least 2 rows of stitching somewhere on your page.

4) Handwriting or script. Use a script font, or a handwriting font somewhere on your page. OR you could include an autograph!! That would work too.

5) Recoloring. Stretch your stash by recoloring an item to match your page. You can include the original colored item or paper on your page too, but recolor at least 1 thing.

6) Tag. Date your page with some sort of tag or paper bit.

7) Your title needs to be something creative. It can't just be the title of the ride, or the name of the character you met. Try thinking of something more creative to title your page.

Make sure you post your layout in the Speed Scrap #86 gallery here at MouseScrappers as well as in the appropriate venue/attraction thread in the forum. For example, my page is about Belle, so it's going in the Character Encounters > Belle thread.

Then come back and post it in this thread too!!

If you finish & post by 8:00pm MST (7pm Pacific, 9pm Central, 10pm Eastern) you'll get my prize!

Make sure you leave love for all the other Speed Scrappers! Getting tons of comments is part of the fun of Speed Scrapping!!!!

I'm new to the Speed scrap thing and was going sooo well until the title!!! might have to go away and think about it for a while!

Great challenge, Britt! Just got home from work and I can't wait to get started!

Depends on what program you use. I use Photoshop and I go to Edit > Adjustments > Hue & Saturation and use the sliders. Sometimes I need to use Brightness & Contrast too. Hope that helps!

I needs to span pretty much the height or width of the page. I'm not a stickler, but get close to that!
