Telephone Challenge #21 {Lucky!}
 

I had so much fun participating in the last telephone challenge, I decided hosting one would be a blast too! Signups are now open for Telephone Challenge #21.

21 is 3 times 7 and seven is a lucky number so the theme is "Disney Luck". What is something you lucked out on at Disney? Did you meet a character you really wanted to find? Did you finally get to ride that ride you've always wanted? Were you family of the day? Did you get an awesome room at the resort? What did you 'luck' into?

THE RULES:
If you have never participated in a Telephone challenge, the rules are really simple. The first person creates a layout and sends it to the second person. The second person then takes inspiration from the first layout. It could be color, character, composition, anything you choose but please stick with the theme of the challenge! It's very simple and a laid back kind of challenge.

It would be great if you could pass your layout within 24-48 hours so that we can move right along. Things happen, emergencies come up, computers fail, so if you need more than 48 hours, please notify the host and we will make the proper arrangements.

HOW TO:
In a private message send your layout to me and to the person next in line. Do not post in the galleries at this time. We will reveal all at one time. If you want me to add your credits when the LO's are uploaded, send those to me also. If you would rather do it yourself...that is fine too.

Have never done this before but would love to try this, so count me in and hope I can ask for help when needed, LOL. I love Mousescrappers Challenges and bet I am gonna get hooked on this one, LOL.

Sounds like a lot of fun. I'm getting ready to take my kids on a trip to Williamsburg, though, so I don't think I'll have time. Is there a way to guess when some of the late slots might be available. I'll be back around the 17th.

Ok, I've never done this either, but would like to try. Does everyone start out making a layout and passing them on, or do you just wait your turn until the layout gets to you?

Where I slotted you in now, if everyone took two days it would be around the 22nd. When do you leave? I can move you to #2 and you can do it before you leave (I'm going to pass it tomorrow as long as we have one more sign up today!) or I can move you to the end to make sure it's after you get back. What do you think?

I've got you signed up! I will make one first, pass it on, and when it gets to you (looks like it will be passed from Laura) then you use that layout as inspiration and pass onto the next person (Kim). Clear as Mud? ;)

WOOT! I went ahead and moved you to slot 15 just in case. So glad you can play.

I just looked at where I am on the list and I leave for Disney World Sept 13-20th. I can do it while I am on vacation but I am not sure if I would get it done within the 48 hours, can I be moved up or put at the end? Sorry. I was thinking each person would do it in a day and then I would be ok but if everyone takes 2 days then I would need to do on vacation.

Jodi everyone takes a different amount of time. Some people turn around and submit in a few hours and some people take many days. Usually if people are going on vacation and they know they will be back within 20 or so days from the start of the challenge, we put them on the end. Or, I do anyways! lol

I will be leaving on Sept 23 and I am #8, i wonder how that is going to work, I do not want to hold everybody up, i will do mine quick though:blush:

Jodi - You're up almost next, so it should be fine. Same for you Scrap Princess. :) If we start to get close we can shift the order again.

I have finished my layout, and want to send it on, but I can't figure out how to attach the layout, without adding it to the gallery. Is there a way to send it as an attachment? I don't have an online gallery (apart from here) or something similar to that.

You will need to use a photo hosting site...like photobucket. Upload to photobucket and then you can copy over the image into a PM to the next person.
