**Photo Scavenger Hunt Challenge sign-ups and format**
 

Here are the guidelines for Photo Scavenger Hunt challenges:

1) Challenge should be Disney related.
2) Layout should be uploaded to the MouseScrappers gallery in the Photo Scavenger Hunt Challenge category.
3) Rules should be flexible enough to allow for both traditional and digital scrapbooking.
4) Participants should post their layouts in two places: in the challenge thread, and in the appropriate forum.
5) A new challenge will begin every two months.
6) Providing participation prizes is optional - this is left to the discretion of the host.
7) Please keep an eye on your thread. Don't post the rules and then disappear, please keep an open dialog with participants and make sure they are posting where they need to be.
8) Let's all keep it fun and supportive... we are here to motivate each other.

The subject line of these challenges should begin with "Photo Scavenger Hunt Challenge #" followed by the number and the dates

What do you have to do to play?

You can check out the most current challenge. There should be a list in the first post of items to hunt for in the parks, on the cruise, at DTD. We try to make it flexible enough so anyone at any Disney Park, anywhere can participate. I am going to post the March/April list a little later today. The biggest rule is that you have to be at the Disney park within the dates of the photo scavenger hunt listed.

I'm so excited for this challenge!!! We will be there May 27- June 4th!!! I'll have to take a list with me!

Wait - I just realized I signed up wrong! If I go when I host, I won't be able to play :eek:

So can I switch and take #5 (July 1-Aug 31) instead of #6? Then hopefully someone will host #6 when I can participate:D

Has anyone volunteered for #6 yet?

Not yet! I was going to pick it up if no one had volunteered for it, since I will be in WDW during that time. Let me know if you are interested.

I was thinking of stepping up and offering if you didn't have anyone, but my parks are so different here. I'd have to think hard to make them work for the US too--although it could be interesting and challenging. Let me know if you need some help. We're hoping to go again at the beginning of September.

Hubby and I had a lot of fun coming up with a list for this. If you'd like me to, I can do the September/October challenge.

That would be great! I will add you to the list. I will be at WDW then so it will be fun to hunt for the items you come up with. You can also add a few things that are specific to your parks too. Since many of us here have never been to Tokyo Disney it would be fun to see some of the differences.

Great! Do you want a copy of the list ahead of time, or just post it on the first? There are a couple of things that are sort of park specific, but made them general enough to work anywhere.

If you feel like you need any input you can send it to me before you post it!

I can host for January and February. I don't have a prize, but I'm sure I can come up with something:D

Yeah! We are going in April, and this has been one challenge I've been looking forward to. :)

I can host a hunt but I do not have a PP so if someone could help with that I have a list of items (210 items;))

That is great! Can you host for March/April? As far as prizes go there is a forum thread to request them under the main challenges forum. Otherwise you can just contact one of the designer/sponsors here and see if they can supply you with one.

hosting May Scavenger Hunt?

Is there someone hosting a hunt in September?! We are going around Sept 6th and I'd REALLY like to be prepared for it this go-around (I missed the one in March :( )

I would love to take spot #14 (January 1st - February 28th 2013). We will be going on a Disney Cruise within those dates. I'd just have to come up with a list that would work for both cruise and Parks. :)
