Weekly Challenge #64 (Dec 8-14)

Happy Wednesday! Thanks for joining me for this week's challenge.

At this time of year we are all busy so I tried to come up with a fairly easy challenge that you can adapt to what you need to get scrapped. This week's challenge is to:

Scrap a page using NO pictures!

It can be a list like mine, a favorite memory, your itinerary, your planning steps, a to do list, or anything else you can think of!

Here is my page:
http://www.mousescrappers.com/photos...tes_small1.jpg:credits:

Here is what you need to do:
Step 1) Scrap a Disney related page that has NO pictures.
Step 2) Post your LO with proper credits in the Weekly Challenges Gallery here at MouseScrappers.
Step 3) Add your LO to the venue/attraction threads in the MouseScrappers forum. For example, if your LO is from your breakfast at Cinderella's Royal Table, you'd navigate through to Magic Kingdom > Fantasyland > Cinderella Castle > Cinderella's Royal Table and post your LO in that thread.
Step 4) Leave comments & love for at least three other challenge participants (more if you have time).
Step 5) Come back to this thread and leave a link to your LO in the gallery AND a link to where your posted your LO in the venue/attractions thread.

I wanted to make a great prize but I am sooo slow and just ran out of time, so this week there are some prize options.

I will choose a random participant who will win a $5 gift certificate to any digi scrap store they choose. My hubby will pick his favorite layout who will also get a $5 gift certificate to any digi scrap store the creator chooses.

I'm re-offering a couple of prizes I've offered in the past so people who don't win one of the gift certificates can choose one of the following prizes (if they don't already have them)

Oh boy...Andrea, you are really making us put on our thinking caps for this challenge (anyhow, I know I will be putting mine on :lol2:) Hopefully, I can come up with something by the end of the week because I don't have "happiest stitched felties"....

Thanks so much Andrea! :idea:It took me a while to decide what to do for your challenge...I guess that is why it is called a "challenge" LOL:mouse1:

Great challenge, though I think I put more into this photoless layout than I do layouts containing lots of photos.

Love left here, here, here...

I knew while we were eating this soup that the recipe would have to make it into the scrapbook of this trip. As soon as I saw the requirements for this week's challenge I knew it was time to do it! Thanks so much for hosting this was great fun.

Barely getting this in. It's been a busy week!

Thanks for the fun challenge. It was indeed a challenge to not scrap a photo, but I like the way this turned out. It will be the title page of an autograph/character album. Thanks again for hosting and for the cool PP!

It's WAY past my bedtime so I'll have to leave love in the gallery tomorrow.

http://i418.photobucket.com/albums/p...ithaparty2.jpg

I just got back from my first Disney trip and it was sooooooo much fun

Hubby won't be able to pick his favorite until 3 pm pacific time tomorrow, so if anyone who didn't get a chance to create a layout would like to participate, you have until then to do so!

Wow... Ladies you all have created some fabulous LO's! I ran out of time this week. Many unexpected events, but I have really enjoyed seeing what you guys created. Andrea's DH has a task picking a favorite. They are all awesome! Give yourselves a round of applause...

I am bummed as I had an idea in mind and everything... my evenings just went nuts. Oh well... I feel good about the non-scrappin things I got done.... unplanned caroling with a couple groups, making cookies for 8 families, attending a memorial, taking care of sick hubby... ugh.. and a migraine... well not so happy about the migraine, but all better now.

Thanks again Andrea for hosting. The LO's are just terrific!

Great job everyone! There were so many creative layouts and ideas. Thanks for participating!

hubster wants dinner so as soon as he's done we'll pick the random and his favorite winner, and I will be sending out prize links later tonight or tomorrow afternoon!

Ok! Random number picked #4, so KayR is the winner of the random $5 gift certificate. Hubby picked Roxana's WDW at Halloweentime as his favorite, so she will also be getting a $5 gift certificate to the store of her choosing  Watch your inbox for a PM from me :)

Thanks again to everyone who participated, great job! I will be emailing the participants the prize links probably tomorrow afternoon!

Thanks again for joining me!

Oh wow! Lots of thanks to your hubby Andrea!!!! :thanks::thanks::thanks:

And thanks to you for a really fun challenge, you made me think this time!!!
