Template Challenge #16 (6/12 - 6/25)
 

Hi All,

I'm posting this a little early as I have visitors tomorrow and may not get time to post otherwise.

Am pinching the rules from the previous challenge - they work so no reason to change them :)

1. Use this template to scrap any Disney related photos! Flip it, alter it, rotate it if you wish. Make it your own.

2. Come back to this thread and post your LO.

3. Make sure to list your credits either here in this thread, or leave a link to where we can see the credits. The easiest way to do this is to upload the MouseScrappers Gallery (remember to change to the Template category). Include your credits there and then link back to your LO's URL.

4. Post your LO in the coordinating MouseScrappers venue/attraction thread. For example, if your LO is from Disneyland Teacups, you'd go to Disneyland > Fantasyland > Mad Tea Party Layouts and post it there. Make sense??

5. Leave luvs for your fellow scrappers. Everyone loves comments.

I challenged myself by using a whimsical kit. I was still fairly cautious with the kit, but hey, baby steps :)

This was a hard one ! :ack:
I tried to first make it with others photos but I had to rotate it and i wasn't satisfied so i changed my mind and this is the result. I'm not very happy of my work ... :(

This template was super hard for me. I played with the papers and pictures so much, just had a hard time with the composition. Thanks for truely making it a "challenge" for me!!

If Jennifer can't get a template loaded in time for you to complete the challenge one way to do it is to bring the individual png files in as photographs. Download the pngs to your desktop, and then open your project in SBC+. Click on "Get Photos", and then "From File". Navigate to the location you saved the png files, hightlight all of them, and then click "Get Selected Photos". The png files will be loaded in the order in which they appear as layers in the finished product. Start double clicking on the LAST photo first and every png file will appear in the right order. After they are all on the page flatten each one individually. To get the photoboxes in the exact location, insert and empty photo box, highlight it and then highlight the box you want it to replace. On the Arrange ribbon click on the same size feature then click on the center vertically and then the center horizontally features. This will place the photobox over the empty box. You can then delete the empty box and add a photo to the photobox and you are able to edit it as a photo rather than an embellishment. I hope this helps.

Journaling reads:We were lucky enough to see Rafiki at two different times during our visit. Once at Rafiki's Planet Watch in Animal Kingdom and once at Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party, where he (like a couple of other characters) decided your 50's inspired costume was an invitation to dance!

It's a little busy, but wanted to capture the feeling of seeing those first glimpses as you get close to Magic Kingdom.
