Diana-I think they are always there, but only at certain times/days. I've never been there at the right time to see any of the performers. In March I specifically went to catch Voices of Liberty, I kept waiting around, and then asked & found out they weren't there that day.

Journaling reads: We arrived a little early for our dinner reservation and while we were waiting the drum and fife corps came out to perform in from the of the American pavilion. We walked up to watch and at one point during the performance the leader invited all of the "young people" in the audience to come forward and help lead the pledge of allegiance. You both eagerly went up to participate and proudly recite the pledge. It was a wonderful show that you can't help but leave feeling exceptionally proud to be an American!
