Hello! Welcome to Save our Sanity Speed Scrap #244! :yeah:

This is where all directions will be posted but I will also be chatting with whoever can join me on Slack. The easiest way to log in is to look at the very top right corner of MouseScrappers and you will see a brush and a facebook link...The one you are looking for is the blue chat bubble that says chat room. Click it and you will be directed to log in to the MouseScrappers chat area.

As a reminder - I will be posting instructions beginning at 2pm PT/5pm ET and will post one every 10 minutes until 3pm/6pm. For those of you outside the US, please play along when you can!

I will be here and in the chat around 1:45pm PT/ 4:45pm ET to get us started.

Directions:

1.Use a template, or don’t...but there needs to be at least one photo on the page. If more than one photo, than there needs to be an odd number of photos.
2. Put a map on your page. This can be part of a park map, resort map, screenshot of GPS going from A-B, etc.
3. Because I love creating them, there needs to be at least one cluster on the page.
4. Use at least one pattern paper, one journal card, and at least one themed element.
5. Add a frame and at least one string or piece of ribbon...the frame does not need to frame a picture.
6. Add a title (can be word art or a word strip) and a few lines of journaling (1 line is fine).
7. Add some sparkle, pixie dust, or anything else you need to finish your page.

So I'm literally the worst at following SS rules.... I was so busy worrying about the map (which I figured out) that I neglected to notice that I needed an odd number of pics, and somehow missed the frame and ribbon. Doh!

Thanks for hosting - I decided to use a map from MNSSHP. I have 7 (odd# :)) pictures - the honey pots are 2 different extracted photos. Fun challenge!

Really loved how this turned out ..... the only instruction I stretched was the last one. I didn't think pixie dust was going to work. It was a stretch to put flowers on this layout ..... but I added a tire track graffiti instead. And then I realized if you look at my layout tilted a little the tire track and the two checkered circles make an unintentional hidden mickey head. :D

Loved this challenge! I had been stuck on how to scrap the map from this trip... I needed this push! I have an odd number of photos... the third is the photo of the flowers along the bottom of the map...
