Hello everybody!!

Your page needs to be Disney-related (or surrounding area parks) and follow all the instructions below.
Post your completed LO's in this thread and in the appropriate sub-topic forum. Make sure you post the sub-forum link here too.

If you join late don't worry you can still play along just follow the rules.

Instructions:

1. DISNEY HAS 4 LIVE ACTION FILMS UNDER THEIR BELT WITH ANOTHER 7 IN VARIOUS STAGES OF DEVELOPMENT. YOUR PAGE NEEDS HAVE 4 TO 7 PHOTOS ON IT! FEEL FREE TO CHOOSE A TEMPLATE. (WHEN CREATING YOUR PAGES FOR THE MARATHON CONSIDER USING PIECES AND KITS FROM SOME OF THE MANY SPONSORS OF MOUSESCRAPPERS)

2. YOUR PHOTOGRAPHS NEED TO BE FAIRYTALE THEMED. THINK CASTLES, MEET & GREETS, AND FAIRYTALE DINING.

3. KENNETH BRANAGH’S PORTRAYAL OF CINDERELLA HAD HER SPORTING SOME PRETTY FANTASTIC GLASS SLIPPERS. IN HONOR OF THOSE SLIPPERS, WE ARE GOING TO PLAY WITH SOME OPACITY! YOU WILL NEED 3 BACKGROUND PAPERS, PLACE DOWN PAPER 1, THIS IS YOUR FOUNDATION. PLACE DOWN 2 AND 3 – THEN RESIZE 2 AND 3 TO 11.5 BY 11.5, AND CENTER THEM OVER THE BASE. HERE IS WHERE OPACITY COMES INTO PLAY. ON PAPER3, THE TOP PAPER, TURN YOUR OPACITY DOWN TO 50%. IT DOESN’T HAVE TO STAY AT 50% BUT I WANT TO BE ABLE TO SEE THAT YOU BLENDED THE 2 PAPERS

4. CINDERELLA IS ALL ABOUT THE NUMBERS, THINK ABOUT IT… 1 STEPMOTHER, 2 EVIL STEPSISTERS, 1 FAIRY GODMOTHER, 1 MAGICAL PUMPKIN, 4 HORSES, 2 COACHMEN, 1 PRINCE CHARMING, AND THE STROKE OF MIDNIGHT! I WANT TO SEE 12 FLOWERS ON YOUR LAYOUT, CAN BE THE SAME FLOWER, CAN BE A MIXTURE OF FLOWERS.

5. WHAT ARE FAIRYTALES WITHOUT THEIR OWN ICONIC CHARM. I WANT TO SEE 3 ICON ELEMENTS ON YOUR PAGE THAT REPRESENT YOUR FAIRYTALE. (EX. CASTLE, PUMPKIN, MICE)

6. ALL DISNEY FILS ARE CHALK FLL OF SONGS AND QUOTES THAT ARE MEMORABLE. I WANT YOU TO USE A LYRIC OR QUOTE ON YOUR PAGE. YOU MAY USE IT AS YOUR TITLE, BUT IT DOESN’T HAVE TO BE.

7. BIBBITY BOBBITY BOO….ADD SOME PIXIE DUST TO YOUR PAGE. MAKE SURE YOU SHADOW, AND ADD WHATEVER ELSE YOUR LITTLE HEART DESIRES TO FINISH IT OFF!

This one was a real challenge for me. Have never played with opacity and decided to change kits midstream. Not a good idea! ;)
