Marathon???
 

Is there some secret gearing up for a marathon going on this month??? It is what got me hooked and involved at Mousescrappers last year. I am looking forward to another one!!

I hope so! Even though I don't have home internet anymore I have found a way to participate if the hosts will allow me. Gotta love photobucket.

I hope so too! I get the most scrapping done during the first few months of the year thanks to the speed scrap marathon. I logged on today specifically to look for info :):)

Yes! We will be having a marathon :yes: Between Melinda and I, January just didn't work out well (we each have some conflicts) but we are targeting early February (had to reschedule due to the Super Bowl so we are looking at the following weekend). I believe it may overlap the opening of the Winter Olympics but hopefully you'll be able to scrap while you are watching. Stay tuned for more details... we'll let you know when we have things solidified. :)

I haven't scrapped a Disney page for a while; so I'm excited for the Marathon! I am in the process of getting all of my scrap stuff organized to back up to an external Hard drive...it's a taking forever! Looking forward to hearing the marathon details! :hooray:

A scrapping marathon during the Olympics sounds perfect! I'm excited!

I wouldn't mind if it was during the super bowl either, but that's just me. LOL.

Noo, it can't be during the Super Bowl!! (no seriously, Super Bowl is almost equivalent to Christmas in my house...)

I can' wait to get the 'official date' so I can tell hubby to go find something to do since I will be busy alll weekend!!

The offical dates are February 7th, 8th and 9th. I will be making a master post very soon.

We celebrated Christmas over the 1st with my family. I just got home on January 6th, so I am digging out and trying to find normal. We left Kentucky at temps of -10 on Monday morning and landed at the Orlando airport with temps of 77! Crazy! It was one of thoses times that I was actually thankful I lived in Florida.

Keep warm all and I'll be back in a couple days...so look for a new post for more exciting details. :)

Thanks for the dates! That's my husband's birthday weekend, so I don't know how much I'll be able to participate between that and DD's ice skating practices.

Will, I just checked my calendar and saw that the scouts will be participating in the Klondike Derby that weekend. Maybe I'll have more time to play than I thought!

I know this is a bit random, but if you have avid readers in your family and you want to keep them busy while you are scrapping, my husband is currently reading a book which he can't seem to put down. It is "The Host" by Stephenie Meyer (author of the Twilight series). He (we) did see the movie a few months ago.

So excited about the marathon. It is a CAN'T miss for me each year!
I just gave myself a scrapping resolution to get my 7 Disney albums done this year (2011, 4 for 2012 and 2 for 2013), so I could really use some inspiration and reason to work fast.

Forgot to say that it is right by my birthday (the 5th) so I should get to have the time - it could be my bday present ;)

Super excited for the Marathon again this year. I'm so behind on books, pages, etc. I've just had little time and no mojo lately. Looking forward to getting 16 pages of our July 4th 2013 Disney trip completed.

I'll be hosting a speed scrap too which I really enjoy!!! It's going to be FUN, FUN, weekend!!

Its been a while since I scrapbooked anything Disney. Thought I would check in since I am scrapbooking tonight with my friend from Idaho. Glad I did so I can put it on my calendar!

Last year was my first time participating in a speed scrap, and this was so fun. I'm glad you are doing it again. I will be there!

I'm excited! My youngest son's 13th birthday is on the 6th...I'm sure he wouldn't mind a weekend of playing video games ;)

I just realized it's also the beginning of the Olympics, too. We'll be watching that if skating is on, but I'm not sure of the schedule yet. I gotta go check that out!

I'll be here! I have a few pages to finish from my 2012 trip and all of 2013 to go. So I have lots of pages to do. I'll start organizing and getting ready! Really looking forward to this year's marathon!
