Using my template for challenge #156 and Britt-ish Designs Are We There Yet?

We were lucky when my mom won a sneak peek at Buena VIsta street and cars land before it opened. It was such a cool, and very sureal experience.

The amazing kit is by Fran98765, and I am posting for a kit challenge I did back in October. I feel horrible for having taken this long to post it, but we've had various family troubles come up and so my computer time has been at a very minimal basis. I am glad I can get it up now to share with all of you!

Carsland - Preview Win & Early Entry

I did a 2-page LO to cover our amazing Carsland adventure! We were the VERY lucky winners of a Passholder contest to win tickets for a preview night before Carsland opened to the general public. I have NEVER won anything in my life so this was amazing, and SO exciting for us! Then, because we are also annual passholders, we were allowed to sign up for a special "Early Entry" day to get into Carsland (only) 1 hour before the rest of DCA opened. Both trips were within about 2 weeks and they were both AWESOME! We love Carsland - Radiator Springs looks like it was just transported directly out of the movie - and the rides are fun too! Mater's Junkyard Jamboree is a fun old-fashioned "whip-it" kind of ride - reminds me of the old amusement parks of my childhood! Luigi's Flying Tires is a blast! And the Racers are REALLY fast! Needless to say we had a great time and have been back many times since!

I have never been to Carsland so I used a photo that I had of a toon car and with my Grandson and his Dad & Mom. But I do have a photo of our Grandson Gio on his favorite Car Lightning McQueen. Thank You for looking and ENJOY.

Carsland at Night

Carsland at night is an amazing place to be. As much as I loved the rides, food, characters, etc, I think the neon at night was the most amazing. Can't wait to go back...

Loving the photo masks on the night time one! The neon lights are SO pretty at night! :)
