Melinda said there was a 4-hour time limit.

I would assume if the speed scrap started at 3 o'clock and ended at 4 o'clock, the four hours would start from 4 o'clock meaning the deadline was 8 o'clock. But then again, Im not Melinda. I am just here leaving love on the layouts . . . .
