Weekly Challenge #185 5/16 - 5/23

LOL But it is very applicable this week!! I forgot I had to go out of town for a seminar on OSHA yesterday and it was late when I got home last night!! My challenge for you this week: JOURNALING. Yep. I said it...the dreaded "J" word. I am HORRIBLE about journaling on my pages. When I do write, it is usually just one or two sentences. The first page I EVER did digitally, has the MOST I have ever written on ANY LO. So, it is my challenge too. (Yes, I haven't even done my own Challenge!) Here is my first ever LO digitally: [IMG]  [/IMG]Here are the General Rules... 1. All layouts MUST be Disney related 2. Layouts should be uploaded to the MouseScrappers Gallery, the appropriate forum for your layout, and a link posted in this thread! 3. Use of a quick pages is NOT allowed! You have to work for that PP! Since journaling is such a hard thing for me to do, I want to mix this up a bit and make it FUN! So here are the Challenge Rules: 1) Use a combination of fonts (at least 2) 2) Use a different color (no white or black): Make it POP! 3) Use an alphabet (or two) to really mix things up!! Even better? Use some wordart!!  4) # of photos is up to you!! I look forward to seeing everyone's LO!! And for a PP??? I will post it later tonight or tomorrow. I am hoping to follow a fellow mousescrapper's advice and post it to a downloading service this time (if I can figure it out!) so that everyone can get the PP in a timely manner!! OK, that is a challenge. I have a page that I need to do with our favorites from the trip and I've been holding back on it because it's so much work. Guess now is the time...

I love journaling...will see what I can do. I figure the less I have to explain about a photo face to face the better. This way if someone is looking at my albums, I don't have to sit there and explain, they can just read.

Due to an unforeseeable work issue, I will be unable to finish this challenge.
 I am really sorry, and hope that you will understand. Please do post your LO's, as soon as I am able to get back on MS, I will do so and I WILL send out the PP...I will even sweeten the pot, so to speak!I am hoping that the matter will be cleared up in about a week or two. Thanks for the challenge! No worries about the PP, life gets in the way sometimes! I love to journal so I enjoyed the challenge.

Thanks for hosting and for no worries about the time. I think we could all use a little extra time after the crazy weekend anyway!
 I hope things clear up for you soon!Here is my journaling: Minnie in her Safari outfit was too cute! We waited a really long time to see her but it was a fun interaction. One thing was weird though - the Photopass photographer made us stick our feet out and he took a pic of them at the end of our visit with Minnie. He did it with everyone! We weren'’t sure if he was showing where each group ended or if he had some kind of weird foot fetish!!
