Prep for Speed Scrap:
1. Print out CynthiaY2's Checklists and fill in the Name, # and time start and end (4 hours from start) 2. Pick out photos for 15 pages, making sure I have pages for 1, 2, 3, etc on a page as that is usually one of the instructions (number of photos). 3. Because I have already picked out my photos, they will probably have a theme, so I pick a kit with that theme so I'm ready to start. 4. Have water and a snack at my desk so I don't have to stop. 5. Have fun!!! |

To prepare, I have all of the pages I need to finish for our Disney Trip album with the # of photos. I have kits for them as well. Last night, I printed out the spreadsheet and highlighted and numbered and labeled and.... Now it's just seeing how I can keep a hubby and 3 yo busy... And I have my kleenex (yup, I'm sick) and Cherry coke next to me.http://mousescrappers.com/forums/images/smilies/yay.gif

Does prepping count if all I did was find my chargers for my cameras (from last weeks trips) and pick up pizza for my daughter for dinner? hahahahah
cuz that's all I've done. Well, I have also cleared off my scrapping area so I have room for the cameras (haven't removed the pics from them yet from last week) |

I think I'm as sorted as I'm going to get! My strategy is to be organized and if all else fails (which is most of the time) wing it!

SS Prep
I prepped by reading all the threads, going through my unscrapped photos of our Jan trip, printing Cynthia's awesome spreadsheet and checklist, installing Java, logging into the chat room, saving a spot in the master thread and trying not to be too nervous as this is my first SS.
