Gift certificate doesn't exist.
Gift certificate is expired.
Gift certificate is not activated.
Gift certificate is disabled.

You have to log in first to Scrapmatters, I got the message several times until I finally realized that I wasn't logged in...If you still are having problems I would PM Jan..
