Celebrate Mickey: 75 InspEARations
We were lucky enough to see the Mickey statues when they were in Washington, DC. And since there were 75 of them, there was no way that I was going to take a photo of each and make a LO with them all! So I just snapped pics of our favorites - and even then I still couldn't get them all in!

Re: Mickey Statues - Washington D.C.
Love your layout, esp. how you used the large photo as the background. It is so cool you were able to see all the Mickey's in one place. We had painted whales around here, but it was a sort of hunt to find them all.

So cool! I really was hoping to see the exhibit (it was in my area, too), but I never made it down there. I especially wanted to see Michelle Kwan's statue (you can see it in your full view pic, it's the one with the heart & peace sign ) I agree, it would be cool to own one of them! I know they were all auctioned off for charity after the tour.

Celebrate Mickey: 75 InspEARations
Credits Journaling reads: To celebrate Mickey’s 75th Birthday 6ft statues were individually decorated by notable Disney legends, artists, actors, musicians or athletes. They started their national tour at Walt Disney World the only location will all on display. They ended their tour with an auction all proceeds going to each designers favorite charities. Sadly we couldn't afford to purchase one but we loved checking them out at the Magic Kingdom entrance.

I remember seeing some of those at the entrance the MK and thinking how cool they were. I would have loved to have had the time to see them all. Great page, and such a neat thing to scrap and remember years from now.
