Scraplift challenge #96 - June 30-July 13
After hours or maybe days of browsing the galleries I have finally narrowed it down! And let me just say that is not an easy challenge in itself!
Here is the AMAZING gallery you get to chose from! I just LOVE Jessica's pages- here are a few of my faves that I have been trying to narrow down to do my page from (which I will post later tonight) Don't you just love them!! and here is a link to her gallery! Happy browsing! http://www.mousescrappers.com/photos...cat=500&page=2 And here is my page lifted form the one directly above I love the blend and the smaller photos on the paper strips. Here is the 2 page spread I ended up with- also here http://www.mousescrappers.com/forums...79&postcount=5 As always don't forget the rules Scraplift Rules: 1) Your LO must be Disney related (or nearby theme park) 2) Upload your LO to the new Scraplift Challenge Gallery and post it in this thread. 3) Post your LO in the appropriate thread in the forums and put that link in your post here 4) Leave love for your fellow participants because we all love comments on our LOs We can't wait to see what you all come up with! Stacy Here is the PP that you are playing for that was graciously donated by Michelle over at Mad for the Mouse, I can't wait to use it on my World Showcase pics from my 2008 trip (yes, I am a little behind in my scrapping! Don't judge me!!!). BE SURE TO LEAVE HER SOME LOVE!!! Last edited by sthompsonfoto; 07-01-2013 at 09:40 PM. Reason: adding photos |

Thanks for the challenge, I love Jessica's gallery.
I loved this Sleeping Beauty page: Our sleeping beauty encounter was one of the first things I tried to scrap and even back then I wasn't all too happy with it. I love the way Jessica used pink as her base colour and higlighted that with yellow and gold (in my last page I tried to use all pink) I am so much happier with how this page looks now. I also included more accompanying photos to the one main photo (but I didn't have quiet as many as Jessica)! Also posted in the Aurora thread

I had a VERY hard time choosing which LO to pick to scraplift from! I finally chose this one -
I just LOVED how simple it was, and how it highlighted the photo. I have wanted to scrap my little Alice - and this particular photo FOREVER - but have never had any good inspiration for it! I used the idea of the embellishments down the one side of the photo, and the 2 small background pieces, as well as her title placement and the arrow pointing towards the photo. Here is my take on her LO: http://www.mousescrappers.com/photos...-alice&cat=all I took this photo of my little girl the Halloween that she wanted to be Alice in Wonderland. She was 3 years old and OBSESSED with Alice!!! Her bucket was the Cheshire Cat (she called it her Treasure Cat) and Daddy went as the Mad Hatter, and Mommy and the Queen of Hearts. And yes, I made all of our costumes!! Also Posted here: http://www.mousescrappers.com/forums...722#post136722 Last edited by shahar29; 07-03-2013 at 08:24 PM.
