<<HERE for Speed Scrap #199>>
We're trying out a new chat room !!! For those of you that signed up follow this link to meet us in the chat room: https://slack.com/signin
Team Domain name is: mousescrappers.slack.com Log in with your email and password you signed up with. Here are the Rules: Follow the instructions below Please Post your completed LO's in this thread, and in the appropriate sub-topic forum Make sure you post the sub-forum link here too Please do not use pre made times including quick pages, boarders, titles, clusters, frames...we love your layouts!* Speed Scrap Guidelines: All layouts must be Disney related to be posted in the MS Gallery.* There will be 7 instructions in total. The first will be posted on the hour. The second at ten past. Third at twenty past. Fourth at half past. Fifth at twenty to. Sixth at ten to. The final instruction on the close of the hour. Here are your instructions: 1. I have been to Disney World a total of 4 times and will be taking my 5th trip this upcoming June. Use either 4 or 5 pictures on your page – placed any way you wish. 2. If I had one “Disney Wish” to come true, it would be they would add more countries to EPCOT. Add as many papers as you wish to your layout. They can be backgrounds, layers, paper strips, borders, photo mats, etc. 3. In 2008 I visited the World near the end of the Flower and Garden Festival and most of the flowers weren't as in bloom as I had hoped. I would love to see beautiful flower clusters on your page. As many or less as you want, or your clusters could have no flowers in it depending on the theme of your layout. 4. My daughter had the honor of dancing at the Magic Kingdom and her costumes had a lot of glitter, gems and sparkles. Add some type of glitter or scatter somewhere on your page. (Feel free to use a paint sploch if it would work better with your theme.) 5. I love looking around the parks and the other sites at the different uses of fonts on the signage of rides, restaurants or other attractions. Use one of the following: 2 alphas for your title, 2 fonts for your title or 1 alpha and 1 font. The choice is yours … just make sure you use two different selections in your title. 6. I love Disney movies and could watch them over and over. Not just for the animation but for the story lines as well. Please add a little “story” to your layout by adding some journaling. 7. Be sure to add your shadows and anything else you feel your layout needs and post it in the gallery and the appropriate threads. I've also decided to play Fairy Godmother today – you all have till Saturday morning at 10 AM EST to post your layouts to be eligible for the prize. That is 16 HOURS from now !!! Can't wait to see what you create !! Thanks so much for joining the speed scrap … I will be leaving comments tomorrow and be sending out your prizes later Saturday evening. Here is your prize: Last edited by kateolas; 03-25-2016 at 02:59 PM. |
