Aww... You are so sweet.
We may be smaller and quieter than other sites, but I'd like to think have formed some lasting friendships through our interactions and love for Disney.
The user was probably some kind of bot that got around some of the protective measures I put in place. We had a user send probably 100 PMs about a month ago, so after that happened I reduced the number a new user can send to 5 or less (I don't recall offhand). If a lot of people got this one then I'll have to do some research and figure out how they did it. Hopefully the account isn't crafty enough to purge messages and send more. If it is I may have to take away PM ability for all newbies til they've posted a certain number of times.

Thanks for always reporting these. I think I am the only one that can ban a user after PMs, but any mod can delete spammy posts
