I just read on Walt Disney World's Best Kept Secrets that if you sit on the stone ledge to the side of Cinderella's Castle (not sure which side) you can hear Stitch giggling through the bushes and say "Be quiet, I'm hiding" (?!?!) Going to check it out when we visit in September
