Sorry, I was on vacation and have just gotten a chance to get online here! I believe it was a participation prize for a challenge here at MS. The forum that Jlynn linked to is a great way to find kits for a certain subject! As far as that specific kit, I don't even know how you would contact her!
You could pull the same colors of that kit from different kits, and use similar elements (banner, hot air balloon, key, 3D glasses (I believe Britt has some in a couple kits), filmstrip frame and that little director clipboard thing. You could combine all those items from other kits and have a similiar look! Sorry I couldn't be anymore help! Good luck!!
Make sure you check out the challenges threads. We have weekly challenges,template challenges and scraplift challenges occassionally! They are a great way to get pages done and earn a small Participation Prize at times!!
