I think you should definitely be able to participate Monday. I think most of the ladies who are doing the hop keep their freebies up for months so you shouldn't have a problem getting most, if not all, of the blog hop goodies on Monday.
I've seen lots of previews of what they will be giving away and it is all sooo cool!
