In the very top right corner of the MouseScrappers site there is also a little blue word bubble that contains the chatroom link.

One thing you can do now is make sure you can get into the chat room if you plan to chat. If you can not, you most likely need to run updates to Java. If you are trying to log in and are unable, on the page that says you can't get in the chat there should be a link to update Java. This process may take a few minutes.
