How to set page measurements
 

I am having trouble with my ruler in PSE6, when i try to grab the ruler and drag on to the page to set the boundary, it doesnt bring on there and doesnt set a line showing boundary...
would anybody help with basics of measurements, rulers, grids etc

I'm not quite sure I follow you (since I didn't know the ruler can move?), but here are some thoughts in case any of these answer your question:

- you can resize your project by clicking on "Image", "Resize", and then either "Image size" (to change all of your elements proportionally) or "Canvas size" (to make your page larger or smaller). You can change the size according to inches/mm/pixels etc

- you can turn on the grid by clicking "View" "Grid". On the same menu you can also "Snap To" either the gridlines or guides
